The four-wheeled E16 – E20 EVO trucks allow for precision load handling in even the tightest of spaces – with even greater stability. Linde’s innovative combi-axle allows the rear wheel turntable axis to be turned through up to 175 degrees, enabling the truck to maneuver on the spot without damaging the flooring. The electric forklift truck is equipped with the Linde compact axle: an integrated unit comprising two powerful drive motors, maintenance-free brakes, and performance parts installed directly on the axle that guarantee outstanding operational performance, while rapid battery changing and high truck availability is assured thanks to the optional on-board charging device. All this allows electric forklift trucks to offer maximum performance with outstanding energy efficiency.

Product Overview

The Linde Protector Frame guarantees optimal safety for the driver while handling loads, the frame and roof of the driver’s area forming a robust, enclosed protective zone. Thanks to the overhead tilt cylinders, the lift mast profiles are particularly slim and neatly encapsulated, giving the driver the best possible view of the load and their surroundings. What’s more, effective traction control, redundant control circuits, and high residual load capacities all contribute to ensuring maximum reliability and operational safety.

Fatigue-free, effective work is one of Linde Material Handling’s key goals in its product design. That’s why the E16 – E20 EVO forklift truck generation has been designed with ergonomics throughout. This applies to the layout of all control elements, such as the adjustable armrest and seat unit, the Linde Load Control functions, and the classic Linde dual pedal control. The chassis and spacious driver’s cab of the EVO series are intentionally technically decoupled from one another, in order to keep the vibrations felt by the driver to an absolute minimum.

With their four-wheeled design, the electric forklift trucks of the E16 – E20 EVO series are remarkably stable. Heavy loads can be moved precisely down to the last millimeter – even at significant heights. The innovative kinematics of the Linde combi-axle allows the rear wheels to turn in such a way that the truck can turn on the spot, minimizing tire wear and causing zero damage to the floor. All of the lift mast functions can be operated easily with the slightest movement of the fingertips, and the driver can simultaneously carry out lifting and tilting movements.

E16 – E20 EVO series trucks are remarkably economical and service-friendly thanks to their extremely long maintenance intervals. The entire drive axle including the three-phase motors for the drive and lift drive, and central functional parts like the mast and tilt cylinders are all totally maintenance-free. The first overall inspection of the electric forklift truck is only necessary after 1000 operating hours, and the hydraulic oil only needs to be changed after 6000 hours. The truck models have been designed with ease of service in mind, which is why all truck components are easily accessible for repairs. All this makes using the truck trouble-free.
