H50 – H80 EVO

IMPRESSIVE OPERATING PERFORMANCE – MINIMAL MAINTENANCE BREAKS

Safe handling and high handling performance – with the H50 – H80 IC trucks, the two go hand in hand. These robust trucks are ideally suited to heavy-duty applications with large loads. The protective driver’s roof and frame form a single compact unit to ensure greater safety, while the slim profile of the lift mast improves the driver’s vision. Powerful engines, the hydrostatic direct drive, and the Linde Load Control lift mast control system all guarantee high operational performance. Plus, the hydrostatic drive operates without a transmission, clutch, differential or drum brakes – reducing servicing time and further increasing handling capacity.

Description

Product Overview

The Linde Protector Frame surrounds the driver like a large protective jacket, the cab roof and frame forming a single, enclosed unit. What’s more, the H50 – H80 IC trucks feature a torsion support that reduces dangerous lift mast rotations at high load heights by up to 30 percent. There is a steel grid on the roof which shifts when the driver tilts the mast forward or backward, protecting the driver from falling loads. The good all-round visibility, high lifting capacity, control delay-free braking, and fully hydraulic steering all provide additional safety.

  • Linde Protector Frame
  • Linde torsion support
  • Good visibility thanks to slim lift mast
  • Excellent stability
  • Electronic end position cushioning

The H50 – H80 IC trucks stand out thanks to their ergonomic operating concept, that is clear to see in the spacious cab with ample leg room, the well-considered layout of all display instruments, the comfortable seats, and the precise steering. The Linde dual pedal controls alleviate working processes, too: each pedal moves the truck forward or backward, and if the driver takes their foot off the pedal, the truck uses its hydraulics to stop, meaning no brake is required. Plus, the rubber bearing decoupled drive unit and suspension cab both play an important role in creating healthy working conditions for the driver, ensuring that only a minimum of vibrations are felt during travel.

  • Linde Load Control
  • Hydrostatic steering
  • Automotive standard cab
  • Good all-round visibility

The H50 – H80 IC trucks move powerfully and precisely thanks to their hydrostatic direct drive, while fast processes with low consumption are guaranteed by high torque diesel, propellant gas, and natural gas engines. Linde Load Control allows the driver to carry out load handling tasks with their fingertips with millimeter precision. Plus, the IC trucks boast exceptional residual capacity for transporting very heavy loads.

  • High torque engines
  • Low exhaust emissions
  • Hydrostatic direct drive
  • Linde Load Control
  • Lift mast with high residual capacity

With the Linde H50 – H80 IC trucks, long maintenance intervals mean minimal downtime, and reduced oil and spare parts costs: The first engine oil change and lubrication of the steering axle and mast is only necessary after 1000 operating hours. Better yet, the first hydraulic oil change is only necessary after 6000 hours. This long period is all down to an innovative filter system. The hydrostatic direct drive also requires minimal service work, as maintenance-heavy components such as a transmission, clutch, differential, and drum brakes are not required.

  • Long maintenance intervals
  • Reduced servicing costs
  • Resource efficiency
  • High availability
